Yosemite In a Day is available from most northern California Amtrak stations. Your trip begins with a relaxing train ride through the San Joaquin Valley. Upon arriving at the Merced Amtrak Station, you will board VIA. Our luxurious motorcoach will take you on a narrated ride through the Gold Country Hills on the way to Yosemite.

This package includes a valley floor tour on an open air tram (a motorcoach is substituted in inclement weather). Enjoy Yosemite Valley's majestic beauty on a guided tour of its natural wonders such as El Capitan, Bridalveil Fall, and Half Dome. An informative guide provides interpretation throughout this scenic tour, allowing plenty of opportunities for pictures along the way.

Guests from the Bay Area, Sacramento, and the San Joaquin Valley have time to enjoy Yosemite in a Day. Overnight accomodations are available in Merced and Yosemite for guests coming from farther away.
